Community Alert: Chilliwack RCMP Searching for Missing 61-Year-Old Man Near Chilliwack Lake Road

The Chilliwack RCMP is asking for the public’s help to find 61-year-old Clifford Caron, who has been reported missing after being last seen in a remote area along Chilliwack Lake Road on the morning of March 6, 2026. He was dropped off by a vehicle at approximately the 37 km point on Chilliwack Lake Road, in a location without an established trailhead, and has not been heard from since.
Police, working in partnership with Chilliwack Search and Rescue (SAR), have been carrying out extensive search operations in the surrounding backcountry. Despite these efforts, there has been no confirmed contact or sightings of Clifford, and both investigators and family members are deeply concerned for his safety and well-being.
