Charges and Court Appearances
As a result of the ongoing investigation, the following individuals from Kindersley have been charged or taken into custody:
Sheena Mackenzie, 43, of Kindersley
- One count of trafficking – fentanyl, contrary to Section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
- One count of being at large on an undertaking, contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code
RCMP also report that Sheena Mackenzie was arrested on an outstanding warrant originating from the Kindersley RCMP detachment. She is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on April 7, 2026.

- One count of trafficking – fentanyl, contrary to Section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Mark Rogerson is scheduled to appear in court in Kindersley on May 19, 2026.
Curtis Mikituk, 45, of Kindersley
- Arrested for breach of statutory release and returned to custody
Fourth Occupant
The second female occupant of the vehicle was later released from RCMP custody without charges.
