In the first instance, a Chevrolet pickup was reported swerving on Hwy. 2 in Fall River, leading to the arrest of a 26-year-old man from Dartmouth. Subsequent reports included a 69-year-old man from Beaver Bank, apprehended after his Dodge Ram struck a curb in Lower Sackville, and a 37-year-old woman from Timberlea involved in a single-vehicle crash in Hatchet Lake.

• The 26-year-old male driver refused a breath sample and faced charges for Driving While License Suspended and No Insurance.
• The 69-year-old male provided two breath samples of 120 mg% and was released with a court date scheduled.
