RCMP Alert: Major Drug Seizure in Winnipeg

On the morning of July 22, RCMP Traffic Services executed a significant drug seizure south of Grosse Isle, Manitoba. Officers stopped a vehicle traveling from Thompson to Winnipeg and arrested the occupants upon discovering indications of illegal activities.

Following the arrest, a large amount of cash exceeding $10,000 was found and confiscated. Further investigation led RCMP to the male suspect’s residence in Winnipeg, where a search uncovered approximately one kilogram of methamphetamine and 700 suspected fentanyl pills.
