Happy Valley-Goose Bay: Samuel Blake Wanted on Arrest Warrant

Labrador District RCMP is asking the public to help find Samuel (Craig) Blake, 36, who is wanted on an arrest warrant. In an appeal issued on Nov. 5, 2026, police said he frequents Happy Valley-Goose Bay and three other communities.
The RCMP issued the appeal from Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. Police said Blake is actively evading law enforcement and faces Criminal Code charges including two counts of flight from police, two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
The other listed charges are theft under $5,000, attempting to injure a law enforcement animal, assaulting a police officer with a weapon and failing to comply with a probation order.

Vehicle and communities
According to the RCMP, Blake also frequents Sheshatshiu, North West River and Cartwright. Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate him.
Police believe Blake is travelling in a black 2025 Ford Tremor with a light bar attached. The vehicle has a Newfoundland and Labrador licence plate, CN3 346.
