Arrest and next steps

Officers said they saw signs of impairment by alcohol in the motorcycle's driver. Police said the man was arrested and refused to comply with a demand for a breath sample as part of the impaired driving investigation.

The RCMP said the man will face driving-related Criminal Code charges. He was released by police and is scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court at a later date. No charge has been proven in court.

Police reminder
