Toronto police are asking the public to help locate Ragunathan, 66, who has been reported missing. Police said Ragunathan was last seen on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 8 a.m., in the area of Yonge Street and Finch Avenue East.
The appeal was issued by 32 Division early Tuesday, November 3, at 6:23 a.m. Police said they are concerned for Ragunathan's safety.
Description
According to police, Ragunathan is described as:
- 66 years old
- 5'9"
- Medium build
- Short black hair
- Black moustache
- Brown eyes
When last seen, Ragunathan was wearing a long dark brown coat and black shoes, police said.
