Regina police are asking for help locating a missing 10-year-old who was last seen at approximately 9 a.m. on November 7 in the 1800 block of Quebec Street.

The child is described as five feet tall and weighing 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police said there is no evidence the child has come to harm, but they are considered at risk. Officers want to find the child to make sure they are safe.

How to help

Anyone with information that could help locate the child is asked to call the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500.

Police said a public request for information is not always the first step in a missing-person case. They prefer to investigate and find a missing person while maintaining that person’s privacy when possible.

In some cases, police said, it is necessary to notify the public and media and ask for their help. That can happen quickly during an investigation or later, when other investigative avenues have been exhausted.
