Community Alert: Armed Truck Robbery in RM of Sliding Hills, SK

Canora RCMP are investigating an armed robbery in the Rural Municipality of Sliding Hills, Saskatchewan, after a truck was stolen at a residence on the evening of July 7, 2026. An adult male suspect allegedly threatened a person with a weapon and then fled in the victim’s truck.

The incident was reported at approximately 5:00 p.m., and the suspect was last seen driving east toward Kamsack. No physical injuries were reported, but both the suspect and the stolen vehicle remain unaccounted for. Police are asking residents in the area, and anyone travelling nearby at that time, to stay alert and report any relevant information immediately.
