- Shortly afterward, officers located the suspected truck parked outside a residence on 110 Street in North Battleford.
- Three males exited the residence and were arrested without further incident.
- A female fled on foot from the same residence and was subsequently arrested by Battlefords RCMP.
- With support from the Saskatchewan RCMP Critical Incident Response Team, police obtained a search warrant for the residence.
- During the search, officers located and seized two firearms.
- One of the males who had initially been arrested was later released from custody without charges.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, three individuals are now facing charges.

- One count – possession of a prohibited weapon while knowing possession is unauthorized, Criminal Code s.92(2)
- One count – unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon, Criminal Code s.91(1)
- One count – operation while prohibited, Criminal Code s.320.18(1)(b)
- One count – possession of a restricted or prohibited weapon with ammunition without a licence/registration, Criminal Code s.95(1)
- One count – weapons possession contrary to order, Criminal Code s.117.01(1)
